You don’t have to have an account to shop with us online. You simply purchase through PayPal. You also don’t have to have a PayPal account – you can continue the checkout procedure as a ‘Guest’.

How do I make a purchase?
Once you have found the item(s) that you wish to purchase, select ‘add to cart’. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the ‘view basket’ option, which is at the top and bottom of your screen – and then, ‘Checkout’. You will need to enter your PayPal details to complete your order.
Ensure that all of your address, order and payment details are correct and then confirm your order.

What payment methods do we accept?
We accept PayPal, PayPal does accept all card payment methods as well as using an existing PayPal account.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Your order can be cancelled up until the point that it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We dispatch within 1-2 working days. Get in touch if you need to cancel an order. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it within 28 days of receipt.
